The 3-Level wooden Butterfly puzzle helps young children learn how a butterfly is 'born' - showing a clear three step process using wooden jigsaw pieces to visually encourage children. Children are able to remove the four Butterfly jigsaw pieces that sit on top of the puzzle board to reveal a cocoon. They can then remove the cocoon jigsaw pieces to reveal a caterpillar. Finally they can remove the single caterpillar jigsaw piece. Once they have dissembled the puzzle, they can reassemble it, by remembering the stages that they took it apart in.
